Representing The Child Center at a special awards ceremony for the New York Giants, after their Super Bowl win in 2007. The Child Center was one of two city agencies chosen to receive recognition by Mayor Bloomberg for innovative after school programming.
FAVORITE PART OF HIS JOB:
“More than half of the 300 youth workers who we hire for our programs are high school and college aged; we work closely with them so that, through their jobs, they are able to develop on-the-ground skills that will help them thrive as future teachers, administrators and social workers of tomorrow.”
