Deepmalya Ghosh, The Child Center of NY’s Senior Vice President of External Affairs and Community Engagement, was presented with a City Council proclamation for his tireless efforts to improve the Rockaways at the Manny Fiallo Jr. Men’s Luncheon this past weekend.
